Because trust lies at the heart of our business, understand that Access takes your privacy very seriously, and strives to protect the security of your information.

Understand that when you submit information to Access Equipment Leasing, such as your name and contact details, remain private and confidential. We understand the your information is important, and make every effort to ensure that it is protected.

When you submit information to Access, only authorized personnel from Access or our parent company, eLease, will have access to that application. Our personnel only access applicant information when assisting an applicant with an account inquiry, maintaining that account or in order to determine whether a client may be eligible for additional services. In certain circumstances, we may share information regarding the applicant with reputable credit reporting agencies or other unaffiliated third parties, which is common when assessing credit for a lease application.

Important Note

Access never reveals identifiable applicant details with third parties unless such information is provided to assist the applicant with a transaction, such as financing for a lease, if the applicant requests it, or if the disclosure is required by law. Also, as a necessary part of our business, we frequently must share information about our customers with credit bureaus. Rest assured, however, that we use only the highest-quality credit bureaus, and only provide information as allowed by law. When a request is made to a credit bureau for information about a client, that request will be noted on the credit history of said client.

Security

At Access, we have taken steps to ensure that your information is always transmitted safely and securely. Any information submitted to us is securely stored immediately, and once removed from our server, is stored only on non-Internet accessible computers.
