Attorneys & CPAs: Leasing For Your Clients

At Access Equipment Leasing, we of course encourage accountants and attorneys to call us with any questions they may have regarding proposals we have offered their clients. We certainly invite other questions regarding leasing as well, even if the case does not involve Access Equipment Leasing in particular.

Lease Brokers/Referrals

For lease brokers or referrals to our company, we would be pleased to help you as much as we can, as long as you disclose to us exactly what your relationship is to the leasing transaction you are addressing. If you are inquiring on behalf of another company, we will certainly provide you with the best deal possible. If you expect a referral fee, please communicate this at the outset. In cases where referrals are offered, it is important that you tell us straightway what your relationship is to the lessee and to the vendor, so we can suggest a referral fee for the transaction.

Important Note

If you would like to work with us formally, with a written referral agreement featuring a mutual non-compete clause, we can do this. As well, we can work informally. But the onus is on you to inform us of your expectations from the very first conversation, or else we assume no remuneration is required. As well, understand that our first goal is to make the deal happen with the client, not to over-inflate fees to create higher commissions for you. Understand that at Access Equipment Leasing, the customer ALWAYS gets first priority.
